Welcome to Byker...

Welcome to our new site. We waved the old one a sad goodbye (forced out - up yours Microsoft!) but have settled right in here with the new 'un...and it's a cracker!

We've got social networking thingys everywhere so you can tag us, like us, befriend us and all that malarkey, we've got a new blog (you're reading it actually!) which we'll keep updated...honest, we've got flashy new feeds for Twitter and the booktrade news, we've got a refreshing new feel and look to the whole thing and...best of all...we've got a FORUM!

It's called 'Byker Banter' and if you can't see it on the menu yet then you need to become a member - don't worry, it's free and takes two minutes. You answer a couple of questions on the 'Login' page (where you can also use your facebook login instead - how up-to-date are we man!), we approve you and Bob's-yer-uncle.

There are a number of threads on there already but feel free to start your own - read the rules though - and get spraffing.
